In the ongoing match between India A and India B at the Chinnaswmay Stadium in the Duleep Trophy 2024, Rajasthan Royals' star player Riyan Parag hogged the internet after hitting Delhi Capitals' bowler Mukesh Kumar for a massive six. 

In the 2nd innings of the ongoing match, Parag showed intent early on in the innings while chasing a target of 275 runs. The star all-rounder too failed to make a mark and got out after scoring a quickfire 31 (18), which featured a solitary six and three fours. 

Parag was all over the internet after he danced down the track and whacked Mukesh Kumar for a six that nearly landed on the roof of Chinnaswamy Stadium. 

The incident occured on the first ball of the 7th over, when Parag stunned Mukesh and even Shubman Gill, who was present on the other end was stunned by the shot.

Parag's Flop Show Against India B

Not just in the second innings, but in the first innings, Parag fell for just 30 (64). The RR all-rounder did not get enough opportunity with the ball in the ongoing match and got to bowl just five overs. 

He was also on the receiving end of a similar treatment he gave to Mukesh Kumar after Musheer Khan smashed him for a big six in the first innings. 

India A vs India B Match Summary So Far

India B, batting first, put 321 runs on the board. They took a comfortable 90-run lead after restricting India A to just 231 runs in the first innings. Further, things went south for India B, as Aakash Deep's magical five-wicket haul restricted them to just 184 runs in the second innings. 

However, chasing a small target of 275 runs, India A are 106/6 at the time of writing this article.
