Melbourne Renegades' star Jacob Bethell, who is a part of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for IPL 2025, slammed a monstrous maximum in their on-going 20th match of the Big Bash League (BBL) against Adelaide Strikers. Bethell's six went far and straight into the stands as fans were left in disbelief.
Bethell, who is playing his first season in BBL, looked courageous and care-free as he slammed a 96-metre long six off Cameron Boyce onto the second deck. Although, the England player departed shortly after this shot, he played an impressive 21 run cameo where he slammed a six and a boundary.
In the 11th over, Boyce bowled a short length delivery on the stumps, Bethell went deep inside his crease and pulled it powerfully over the mid-wicket fence for a big shot. The Southpaw used the depth of the crease wonderfully as his jaw-dropping six travelled straight to the second tier.
