Delhi Capitals came into the 26th match of IPL 2024 with a desperate need of a win, and their bowlers have reacted brilliantly. They picked wickets at regular intervals and with the dismissal of Krunal Pandya, LSG were reduced to 94-7. 

The wicket of Krunal Pandya was taken by Mukesh Kumar who made his comeback after missing some crucial games for DC this season. It was the final delivery of the 13th over and Mukesh Kumar came 'round the wicket. The right-arm pacer bowled a shortish delivery that rose sharply to surprise Krunal Pandya who tried to upper cut it when there no room to cut, and the ball caught the thin outside edge of his blade. Pant behind the stumps completed formalities with a simple regulation catch.

Before Mukesh Kumar,  Khaleel Ahmed and Kuldeep Yadav wreaked havoc at Lucknow as the duo took five wickets between them to put LSG in deep hole.

KL Rahul scored 39 off 22 balls and looked good, but the middle order failed badly as the likes of Padikkal, Stoinis, Pooran and Hooda could only manage 21 runs between them.
