The World Test Champions, Australia, have stepped into the land of the Kiwis for the first time since 2016. The first Test has begun, and Matt Henry is having a great time with the ball. He has dismissed Australia's opener, Usman Khawaja, with an inswinging ripper, which was nothing short of a dream ball for any fast bowler.

Now that Warner has retired, Usman Khawaja has become the foremost opener for the Aussies, considering Steve Smith is still adapting himself to play at the top. However, Cameron Green has found his favourite place and struck another century. He is still unbeaten with 103 runs under his belt at the end of the play for Day 1.

Henry turned out to be a nightmare for the Australian team as he was unstoppable on Day 1. Khawaja, who was batting at 33 and already faced 118 deliveries, Henry still managed to dethrone him with a ripper.

The foremost bowler of the Kiwis, Matt Henry with four wickets so far, has eaten up the batting line-up of the Aussies. In just 11 Tests at the WTC, Henry has managed to scalp 42 wickets, which makes him one of the most successful seamers among the current players.

Usman Khawaja, who was looking good with his temperament and composure was dismissed by Matt Henry with an inswinging ripper, despite having played 100 odd deliveries before this magical delivery. With this wicket, Henry got both openers and later dismissed Mitchell Marsh and Nathan Lyon as well.
