Litton Das is one of the most talented batters in Bangladesh line-up but his form has been a concern for Bangla Tigers in recent times. However, the man showed all his class and flair in the World Cup game against India in Pune and played some glorious shots on his way to 66 off 82 balls. However, just when he was looking to explode, he holed out at long off with Gill taking a good catch. It was Jadeja who provided an important breakthrough for India, reducing Bangladesh to 137-4 in the 28th over.

It was the fourth delivery of the 28th over and Jadeja tossed it up on off. Litton Das in a bid to launch it over the fence, came charging down the track and tried to hammer it away. He, however, failed to get the middle of his bat and miscued it to long off where Shubman Gill settled under it to take the catch comfortably. The wicket was an important one for India as Litton was looking in supreme touch, creating problems for almost all Indian bowlers.
