Kuldeep Yadav was on a roll on Thursday morning, having taken all four of England’s early wickets, to send them into disarray in Dharamsala during the fifth Test of the five-match series between India and England. 

All of his wickets were special, yet, how he dismissed Jonny Bairstow, who was playing his 100th Test match, became the talk of the town instantly.

Not to forget, Bairstow was not in a decent form in the ongoing series. However, he came with all guns blazing in Dharamsala, having smashed two sixes and two fours in a flamboyant 17-ball 28.

Then, in the next ball, Kuldeep outfoxed him with a sharp googly, which Bairstow went for an aggressive dive, only to nick it behind Dhruv Jurel. As soon as the catch was completed, India started celebrating before umpire Joel Wilson raised his finger for confirmation.

Usually, batters know whenever they nick behind. Yet, Bairstow decided to challenge the decision, and the replay confirmed there was a thin edge. As a result, England lost a review, and Bairstow fell after an entertaining brisk knock. On the other hand, Kuldeep, who has been bowling rippers one after another, kept on demolishing the opposition.

As of now, England have reached 183/6, with skipper Ben Stokes being the latest man to be dismissed.
