Jasprit Bumrah is one of the best bowlers in the world, and whenever Mumbai Indians' need him, he is the man who delivers more often than not. He did that in the match 55 of IPL 2024 as well, by getting the first and important wicket of Abhishek Sharma courtesy a superb take by Ishan Kishan behind the stumps.

SRH got off to a flying start with 56-run stand for the opening wicket but Bumrah produced a beauty on the fifth delivery of the 6th over to send Abhishek packing  on 11. It was a good-length delivery from 'round the wicket, outside off. 

It was angled in, but straighten after pitching and Abhishek Sharma poked at it away from his body. The ball caught the outside edge of his blade and went to the left of Ishan Kishan who dived full-length and took a stunning catch.

The wicket was just a start, and SRH kept losing wickets at regular intervals after that as they were reduced to 124-7 by the 16th over with Hardik Pandya picking three wickets in his four overs. 

Anshul Kamboj, the debutant was impressive as well and picked up a wicket of comeback man Mayank Agarwal and overall, MI management would be pretty happy with their combined bowling effort.
