In an exciting unveiling ceremony, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has revealed the official jersey that the national men's team will sport during the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024.

Named the 'Matrix Jersey,' it features a contemporary design with various shades of Pakistan's trademark green, symbolizing the nation's identity. The jersey boasts bold patterns and includes the T20 World Cup 2024 logo on the right side of the chest and the team crest on the left.

Led by Captain Babar Azam, the team showcased the new attire, igniting enthusiasm among cricket fans nationwide.

The official kit reveal was accompanied by a video featuring star players, shared on the team's official 'X' handle.

Adding to the excitement, the PCB chairman recently announced cash rewards for each player if they clinch victory in the T20 World Cup 2024. 

The T20 World Cup 2024 holds special significance for Pakistan, aiming to showcase their talent and compete fiercely against formidable opponents. Pakistan, grouped with India, Ireland, Canada, and the United States in Group A, will kick off their campaign against the USA on June 6, followed by a highly anticipated match against India on June 9.

As part of their preparations, the Pakistan team is scheduled to depart for Ireland for a series of T20Is against the home team, followed by matches in England.

The squad of 18 players will later be trimmed down to 15 for the T20 World Cup after the series in England, with the first T20I against England on May 22 marking the selection deadline.
