New Zealand's swashbuckling batter Finn Allen recreated Rishabh Pant's famous one-handed six off Imad Wasim's bowling during his belligerent 30-ball 77 in San Francisco Unicorn's penultimate group-stage clash against Seattle Orcas.

Batting first, Seattle Orcas posted a respectable 152-run total, thanks to a scintillating half-century from Quinton de Kock.

However, the Unicorns chased the target without breaking a sweat, with Allen making the headline with a blistering knock.

Allen was in sublime form, having played a magnificent knock against Los Angeles Knight Riders earlier in the competition.

He extended his purple patch, hammering a glorious 77-run knock and helping his side claim an emphatic win.

Although the Kiwi batter played several delightful shots, his outrageous one-handed six off Imad Wasim grabbed the maximum attention.

The incident occurred during the second over of the Unicorn's innings when the Orcas skipper handed the ball to Imad Wasim.

After bowling three dots in his first four deliveries, Imad erred in his line, dropping it short outside the off stump.

Allen capitalised on the spinner's mistake as he launched the ball disdainfully into the stands for a six. Although he lost his bottom hand off the bat, his sheer power was enough to reward him with six runs.

Riding on his blistering innings, the Unicorns chased the target inside 15 overs, recording a clinical six-wicket win to consolidate their second position in the points table.
