[Watch] Fazalhaq Farooqi 'Laughs Like A Devil' As He Rips Apart Uganda In T20 World Cup

Promising speedster Fazalhaq Farooqi emerged as the hero for Afghanistan as he dismantled Uganda with a sensational five-wicket haul. Farooqi, who had a memorable start to the game, scalping two wickets in the very first over, returned for his second spell to grab two more wickets and complete his fifer. 

The left-arm pacer got rid of Riazat Ali Shah before making Brian Masaba and Robinson Obuya his fourth and fifth victim, respectively. 

The incident occurred during the 13th over of Uganda's innings when they were reeling at 47 for five. When Riazat was trying to consolidate the innings alongside Robinson Obuya, Farooqi dismissed both to wreak havoc in Uganda's camp. 

Bowling the first ball of his over, Farooqi cleaned up Riazat, who scored a sloth-paced 34-ball 11. On his very next ball, the seamer got rid of Uganda skipper Masaba, dismissing him for a golden duck. 

Soon after dismissing Masaba, Farooqi celebrated the wicket, laughing his heart out at Uganda's misery. 

Besides Farooqi's clinical fifer, sensational bowling performances from Naveen-ul-Haq and Mujeeb Ur Rahman were enough to derail Uganda's innings. As of writing, Uganda were on the verge of a disastrous defeat, placed at 58 for nine in 15.5 overs.
