Comedy of errors on cricket field has become a new normal nowadays, but you don't often see it happens when the stakes are high. However, it happened on Thursday during India versus England T20 World Cup 2024 semi-final, and Liam Livingstone and Jofra Archer, two of England's stalwarts in T20Is, were the culprits.

The incident happened during the 15th over of England's innings when Archer played Axar Patel, the man of the moment, towards short fine leg for an under edge. While Livingstone wanted to be back on strike, Archer kept on watching the ball.

Placed at short fine leg, Kuldeep Yadav made no mistake, as he threw towards non-strikers' end. Axar did the rest, dislodging the bails while Livingstone were well short of the crease.

While Indian players were celebrating, Archer and Livingstone had a heated argument regarding the scenes which unfolded.
