Bangladesh fast bowler, Rizan Hossan channeled his inner Hasan Ali and suffered a freak injury while celebrating a wicket. The incident occurred when Hossan knocked over India's C Andre Siddarth and went wild while celebrating his wicket.

India needed a paltry 199 to win the coveted Asia Cup title, but the Bangladesh bowlers came out all guns blazing as they took wickets at regular intervals. Not even for a brief moment they allowed the Indian team to get out of the pressure situation as the team faced a lot of heat.

With all the big names dismissed like Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the onus was on new CSK star, C Andre Siddarth and the youngster looked in ominous touch. He played some gorgeous shots and looked well set at 20 when Hossan struck with a magical ball.

He bowled an in-swinger and Siddarth left a big bat-pad gap as the ball castled the stumps. However, aftermath of the wicket was hilarious as the pacer couldn't control his emotions and had a wild celebration and in between it, he twisted his ankle and suffered a freak injury.

Bangladesh post 198 as Indian bowlers ran riot

Bangladesh, put into bat suffered from early collapse as just like India, they too lost wickets at regular intervals.

Mohammad James and Rizan Hossan scored valuable 40s, but no one really stood tall as the Indian bowlers picked wickets regularly to put a break at the scoring. Three Indian bowlers, Yudhajit Guha, Chetan Sharma and Hardik Raj picked up 2 wickets each as the Tigers were knocked over for a below-par total.
