The SMAT 2024 is turning out to be quite an exciting tournament with plenty of Indian superstars taking the field. There have been some stunning batting performances along with some effective bowling spells, but now Ravi Bishnoi has stole the limelight with a fantastic running catch of Manish Pandey.

In the Karnataka-Gujarat encounter where plenty of big stars are featuring, Gujarat smashed 251 in 20 overs with Aarya Desai scoring 73 and Axar Patel smashing 56 off just 20 balls. In reply, Karnataka started off on a positive note with Manish Pandey and Mayank Agarwal playing aggressive brand of cricket. They crossed the 50-run mark in the fifth over and Gujarat needed a special effort to stop the carnage.

Ravi Bishnoi produced that on the field when Axar Patel bowled full delivery on off against Manish Pandey. The Karnataka batter played a lofted drive towards wide of long on and Ravi Bishnoi in the deep ran all the way towards the ball, and timed his dive perfectly to take a fantastic catch.

The happiness was quite evident on Bishnoi's face after taking the catch as he roared in delight with all his teammates charging towards him. Ravi Bishnoi in the past too has pulled off some amazing catches both in international cricket and in IPL and his stature in Indian cricket is just increasing with each passing series. Also, the wicket proved decisive as Karnataka kept losing wickets at regular intervals with Ravi Bishnoi grabbing three wickets to dismantle a strong Karnataka middle-order.
