Talking about RCB, the Red Brigade are desperately searching for a win to take their tally to fourteen points and make their case strong for a playoff spot. 

On the other hand, the Super Kings, who are placed fourth with seven wins under their belt, will ensure their entry into the knockouts if they register a win tonight. 

Meanwhile, rain looms large on the high-octane encounter, with the chances of precipitation reading around 80-90 per cent during match time.

As per the latest news, it's raining at the Kempegowda Airport, which is at a distance of around 35 Km from the venue. So, everything is fine until rain strikes the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium where the game will be conducted. 

Update: As of 8.16 PM IST, rain has stopped in Bengaluru and covers are slowly coming off. The game is expected to resume at 8.25 PM IST. No overs are lost due to rain.
