Babar Azam's hunger for runs is second to none in world cricket and it was once again evident after his run out against Karachi Kings. He lost his wicket after scoring his third consecutive fifty and threw his bat and gloves in frustration in the dressing room as evident from the video that has gone viral on social media.

The stylish right-handed batter was showing great grit and determination as he usually does despite wickets falling at the other end. However, a judgement in error from Tom Kohler-Cadmore left Babar Azam high and dry as Babar fell short in an attempt to complete a second run.

The Peshawar captain was quite disappointed after his wicket which speaks a lot about how much he values his wicket and how he wants to convert every opportunity into something big for his team.

He has scored five fifties in this PSL 2024 and has blasted one century as well. His exploits at the top of the order has been the major reason for Peshawar's qualification in the playoffs.As far as Peshawar Zalmi's innings is concerned, they could muster only 147 as rest of the batters failed to get after Babar's dismissal.
