[Watch] Angry Mahmudullah's Attempt To Break Stumps With Bat After Unlucky Dismissal

In the ongoing BPL match between Fortune Barishal and Rangpur Riders, the Riders won the toss and asked the Tamim Iqbal-led side to bat first. The decision turned out to be a masterstroke as the Barishal tumbled for just 124 runs in 18.2 overs.

Nahid Rana was the pick of the bowler as he breathed fire and registered the figures of 2/32 in his four overs. He was bowling gas as he clocked nearly 150 kmph and rattled the batters with his speed.

Mahmudullah Gets Angry

Firstly, Rana got rid of Tamim Iqbal after he bowled a peach of a 147 kmph yorker to dismiss former Bangladesh captain. Next in line was man in form Mahmudullah, who too couldn't do much as returned to the pavilion after a score of 10 (8), which featured two fours. 

On the 3rd ball of the 14th over, Rana hit the deck hard and Mahmudullah looked to defend it but chopped it on and it hit the stumps. The Bangladeshi veteran was upset with the mode of dismissial and nearly hit the stumps with the bat in anger. Watch the video here.

Mahmudullah Shines In The First Match

It is Fortune's second game of BPL 2024-25 and they won the first match because of Mahmudullah's heroics. Notably, in the first match, the Bangladeshi veteran scored 56 (26), which helped Barishal put a big score on the board. 

Talking about the ongoing match, Fortune are in deep trouble as Rangpur Riders are 15/1 after 1.1 overs.
