The Pakistan fast-bowling sensation, Aamer Jamal, extended his dream start in Test cricket with another extraordinary bowling performance in the ongoing Sydney Test against Australia. 

Australia were bowled out for 299 runs in the first innings, giving the Men in Green a slender 14-run lead. Aamer Jamal's exceptional bowling skills were on full display as he claimed a stunning six-wicket haul — his second in this Test series.

Australia, once cruising, faced a collapse as Jamal tore through their lower order. After being at 289 for five, the hosts lost their final five wickets for just 10 runs. The pacer claimed the wickets of Usman Khawaja, Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh, Pat Cummins, Nathan Lyon, and Josh Hazlewood.

Notably, Jamal's batting prowess also came to the forefront as he contributed 82 runs to Pakistan's total of 313 in the first innings. The 27-year-old also put in an 86 runs partnership for the 10th wicket with Mir Hamza.  

Jamal is on the verge of setting a record, needing just two more wickets to surpass the mark for the most wickets by a Pakistani bowler in a single Test series on Australian soil. Currently, the seamer has picked up 18 wickets from five innings.
