In the third match of the Max60 Caribbean 2024, the Caribbean Tigers took on the Grand Cayman Jaguars. In this game at the Jimmy Powell Oval in Cayman Islands, the spectators with treated with brutal batting from the players of the Caribbean Tigers. 

The Dutch all-rounder, Logan van Beek, had an off day in the office. The Tigers made it sure that they most off the player's absence in bowling rhythm. Josh Brown and Nick Hobson combined in two different overs of the innings to slam Logan van Beek for 60 runs in just 2 overs. 

Van Beek conceded 37 off the last over of the innings

On the sixth over of the Tigers innings, Brown slammed van Beek for three sixes and a boundary to collect 23 runs off it. Nick Hobson added to the misery of the Dutch bowler in the last over of the innings. Hobson slammed three huge sixes and three boundaries, while Beek bowled two no-balls in the over and conceded 37 runs off it. 

The onslaught by the batters meant that the Caribbean Tigers meant that they posted 153/4 in their 20 overs. The target proved too much for the Grand Cayman Jaguars. They managed to score only 88/8 in their 10 overs and lost the match by a massive margin of 65 runs. 

However, Logan van Beek will try and forget the day as soon as possible. He will try and make a comeback as soon as possible and prove himself as a better bowler than the figures of this game suggests.
