The Duleep Trophy 2024 is all set to get on the way. India A and India B are taking on each other in the first game of the tournament at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

The star Indian batter, Shubman Gill is leading the India A team, while Abhimanyu Easwaran will be leading India B. This edition of the tournament bears particular significance for Indian cricket as there will be a lot of players auditioning for the upcoming Test season.

Abhimanyu Easwaran (India B Captain): Even we would have bowled first there is moisture in the wicket but its okay. Its not in my hands. Its exciting and amazing to have Duleep Trophy to begin the season. Three pacers and two spinners and allrounder Nitish Reddy, so we have a balanced side.

Its just the beginning of the season, everyone has done well to reach here. Everyone knows thir game well. We have had a couple of quality practice sessions and team meetings so we hope to go well.
