Batter Kushal Malla created history on Wednesday when Nepal faced off against Mongolia in the ongoing Asian Games Men's T20I.
Malla displayed exhilarating batting and registered a record-breaking century in just 34 balls, forever etching his name in the record books as the scorer of the fastest-registered T20I ton.
Malla scored 101* runs in just 34 balls, bettering the likes of South Africa's David Miller, India's Rohit Sharma, and Czech Republic's Sudesh Wickramasekara's record of 35-ball T20I hundred.

Earlier, the 19-year-old brought up his half-century in just 19 balls, which included three fours and five sixes. Soon, skipper Rohit Paudel also joined in the fun, recording a half-century in 19 balls.
Mongolia made their debut T20I appearance but was not sparred by Nepal, as they ended up scoring the highest-ever team total in 20-overs cricket, crossing the 300-run barrier for the first time.
Malla remained unbeaten on 137 off 50 with eight fours and 12 sixes, while Dipendra Singh Airee scored a record-breaking nine-ball 52*. Airee also went to strike six sixes in an over to bring up his record-shattering half-century.
Nepal have set a never-achieved target of 315 runs for Mongolia to win their opening Group A match, which is being played in Hangzhou.
