Ever since undergoing his knee surgery, former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been seen globetrotting.

Recently, Dhoni returned from the United States of America, where the cricketer attended the US Open and played golf with former U.S. President Donald Trump.

Having returned last week to India, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper celebrated the Ganesh Chaturthi festival in Mumbai upon arrival and is currently seen in Jodhpur. The World Cup-winning captain was captured visiting the iconic Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur in a now-viral clip on social media platform 'X'.

In the clip, Dhoni could be seen taking pictures with a family and signing autograph for a young fan.

Dhoni during his stay in Mumbai was seen shooting a commercial with multi-talented actor Mohanlal.

The former India player is known to be quite an avid traveller and descends on solo visits once-a-while, away from the glaring eyes of the media in India.

The 42-year-old earlier this year guided CSK to a record fifth-IPL title win, where the wicketkeeper-batter played the whole tournament with bruised and battered knees.

It has been speculated that Dhoni might return to the field for the 2024 edition, and try to defend the coveted title, and win the trophy for the sixth time.

For India, Dhoni appeared in 538 internationals and scored 17,266 runs with 16 centuries, and 108 fifties, with 829 dismissals between 2004 and 2019.
