Josh Hazlewood Goes Past Dwayne Bravo In A Unique Bowler's List With Markram's Wicket

Josh Hazlewood has been a consistent bowler for Australia across formats for a long time now. He started off as a red-ball bowler, but has improved his bowling in the shortest format as well, and is now a dependable asset in T20S as well.

The right-arm pacer has shown his quality again in the three-match T20I series against the Proteas and has finished with six wickets in three matches. Two of those wickets have come in the third T20I.

The first one of those wickets was of Aiden Markram in the opening over of the match, and it helped him go past Dwayne Bravo in the list of most T20 wickets in Australia. The tall speedster then grabbed the wicket of Corbin Bosch as well, and it helped him cross the tally of Tom Curran and Mujeeb Ur Rehman in the same list.

Overall, Josh Hazlewood has played 42 T20s in his home country, Australia and has 57 wickets in them. He has an economy rate of 8.05 and has a brilliant average of 22.59, in which he picks up his T20 wickets in Australia at a strike-rate of 16.8.The stats show that Hazlewood has done well in T20s whenever he has played in Australia, but because of his workload management, he has played only 42 games.

Adam Zampa Takes 2nd Spot Below Sean Abbott

Adam Zampa, on the other hand, has played 151 T20s in Australia. He also bowled brilliantly in the third T20I against Australia and picked up two wickets. It has taken him to the number 2 spot in the list of most wickets by a bowler in the shortest format Down Under. The spinner has gone past Andrew Tye and is now only behind Sean Abbott who has 184 T20 wickets in Australia.
