T20 World Cup 2022, Pakistan vs Bangladesh: Cricket Exchange Fantasy Tips

Pakistan and Bangladesh will be facing each other in the 41st match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 at Adelaide Oval. Theoretically both the teams still have a chance to make it through to the next stage and hence they would like to finish their World Cup campaign on a high. 

The scenario for either of the  two teams to qualify will be:

  • If South Africa loses in the first match, then India and the winner of this encounter would go through to the semis.
  • If South Africa win their match and India loses their clash against Zimbabwe, then this match and South Africa qualify for the semi finals.
  • If India and South Africa both win their matches, then neither Bangladesh nor Pakistan can go through. 

(Bangladesh needs to win by a big margin for the qualification scenario to come true.)

Tips for building fantasy teams in the match

  • The match will be taking place at the Adelaide Oval, which has true bounce. This has made the wicket a sporty one providing something for batters and bowlers.
  • The wicket at Adelaide has been difficult for the batters in the initial stage, but as it settles down it becomes a good wicket to bat on. 
  • Pakistan will be favourites but Bangladesh do have the ability to defeat their Asian rivals.
