Indian cricket team spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, despite not playing a single game in the T20 World Cup 2024, seemed in high spirits on Monday during the Super 8 clash against Australia.

The Indian team has reached Saint Lucia for their final Super 8 match against Australia, on Monday in Gros Islet.

The BCCI shared this delightful video showcasing off-the-field moments of Team India, where senior leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was seen enjoying himself. Although he has yet to feature in this tournament, his jovial spirit has certainly uplifted the team's morale.


In a video posted by BCCI on their social media handles, Chahal was seen enacting a bus conductor, shouting "ground, ground, ground" as the team bus arrived at the stadium. He even tapped the side of the bus multiple times while peeping out of the window, adding to the light-hearted atmosphere.

In the video, Chahal can be seen taking on the role of a bus conductor inside the team bus, humorously attempting to get passengers on board by calling out for stops, though he was still within the team hotel complex. His antics brought smiles to his teammates and fans alike.

The video also featured glimpses of other Indian players such as Sanju Samson, Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav, Suryakumar Yadav, Mohammad Siraj, and Rishabh Pant, who were seen relaxing and enjoying their journey from Antigua to Saint Lucia.
