For India's Suryakumar Yadav, vacation came early, he is currently out of commission nursing an ankle injury, and managed to sneak out of the nation with his wife Devisha Shetty. 

Taking to Instagram, Yadav shared pictures of himself and Devisha chilling around in Munich, which apart from being the capital of Germany is also a must-visit tourist city during winter.

Watch Suryakumar Yadav with his wife

Yadav recently shared clips of himself batting in the nets in Mumbai, announcing the start of his rehabilitation after a successful surgery last month. The 33-year-old injured himself on India's recent South Africa tour, pulling up his ankle in the field during the third T20I. 

The injury forced Yadav to sit out of India's ongoing three-match T20I series against Afghanistan, which is the last 20-overs international assignment before ICC T20 WC 2024. 

The Mumbai Indians batter is racing against time to regain full fitness ahead of the Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL), where several reports has suggested the player will most likely feature in the second half of the tournament.

A T20 specialist, Yadav in 60 T20Is has amassed 2,141 runs with four centuries, and 17 fifties since 2021.
