In an event that has caught the attention of fans and social media users alike, India's emerging pace sensation, Mukesh Kumar, recently celebrated his haldi ceremony ahead of his marriage to Divya Singh.

The traditional ceremony was a delightful spectacle with Mukesh and his fiancée Divya dancing to the tunes of a Bhojpuri song. The video of this joyous celebration has since gone viral, drawing praise and good wishes from fans across the nation.

Mukesh, who has been a topic of discussion for his impressive performance in the first T20I against Australia at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, showcased his skills not just on the field but also on the dance floor. 

The 30-year-old bowler, known for his economical bowling and ability to consistently nail yorkers, displayed a different kind of flair during the ceremony, earning admiration for his dance moves.




This festive occasion comes at a time when Mukesh has taken a hiatus from cricket for his wedding. He had requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to grant him leave ahead of the third T20I in Guwahati, a request that was duly granted. In his stead, Deepak Chahar was called up to join the squad.

It is worth mentioning that Mukesh's performance in the T20I series has been a mix of highs and lows. While he was notably economical in the first match, conceding just 29 runs in his four overs, the second T20I was less favourable. 

In that match, he gave away 49 runs in his quota of four overs. Despite this, he has left a mark with his impressive bowling style and will be eagerly awaited to return for the fourth T20I in Raipur.
