Virender Sehwag, known for his sharp wit and humour, is hailed as one of India's wittiest cricketers. In a recent talk show, Sehwag showcased his banter skills by teasing MS Dhoni, playfully referring to him as 'Bujurg'.

Virender Sehwag recently praised Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for their outstanding fielding display against Gujarat Titans. Sehwag emphasized the age-old cricket phrase, 'catches win matches', highlighting CSK's victory as a testament to the importance of sharp fielding skills in cricket.

Ajinkya Rahane and Rachin Ravindra took exceptional catches in the match against Gujarat Titans, Chennai Super Kings' players showed off their superb catching skills.

But the catch everyone talked about was by MS Dhoni, who at 42 years old, dived and caught Vijay Shankar with one hand. It was an amazing catch that everyone celebrated because of Dhoni's age and skill.

"Catches win matches. Ajinkya Rahane picked a good catch so did Rachin Ravindra. Bujurg (old) MS Dhoni also picked one," Sehwag spoke on Cricbuzz.

"Their age is not the same, there is a difference and Rahane is also fitter than MS Dhoni. There is a big difference between a 35-year-old and a 41-year-old. MS is getting old now there is no doubt about it," said Sehwag.

The former CSK captain, who choose his successor in Ruturaj Gaikwad earlier in the season, has been playing as player-cum-mentor unofficially allegedly in his last IPL season.

Nevertheless, CSK have won their first two games against Bengaluru and Gujarat. They will next face Delhi Capitals in Vizag on Sunday.
