Former RCB beloved star and South African explosive batter AB de Villiers surprised fans with his rendition of the famous Bollywood song "Suraj Ki Baahon Mein" as he introduced his new YouTube show ahead of the IPL 2024 season.

AB de Villiers has had a soft corner for India ever since his love affair with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) peaked in this past decade.

RCB fans have always treated him as their own, and the explosive finisher continues to receive immense love from Indian fans even though he is no longer a part of the IPL tournament.

Ahead of the new IPL season, AB de Villiers launched a new YouTube show called "The 360 Show."

The former Protea will cover the impending IPL season in this show, which will host renowned guests from the cricket world. AB will share his in-depth game analysis and valuable insights.

Meanwhile, AB de Villiers hit the right chord to appease the Indian fans. To promote his new YouTube show, the batter sang a popular song called "Suraj Ki Baahon Mein" from the popular Bollywood movie "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara".

De Villiers said it's his favourite song, and his precise rendition amazed the fans. Naturally, as the video gained traction on social media, fans praised AB de Villiers for his singing skills and applauded his dedication to exploring new ventures beyond the realm of sports.

That being said, ahead of the impending IPL season, speculation of AB's return with RCB in a new role has been rife. Notably, the Protea retired from the league back in 2021.

However, many speculate that De Villiers could perhaps return as a mentor to RCB. Earlier, the batter expressed his desire to serve RCB in a different capacity. But nothing has been confirmed for now as AB de Villiers is busy exploring other avenues.
