Here, we take a look at some of the most extravagant real estate properties that belong to Virat Kohli.
1. Rented flat in Juhu, Mumbai
Legendary Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma have rented a flat in Juhu, Mumbai. As per Magicbricks, the two rented the property in the second half of 2022 and pay a sum of Rs.2.76 lakhs per month. The apartment comes with a sea view and is situated on the fourth floor of a High Tide building. Interestingly, the sea-view apartment is owned by former first-class cricketer Samarjitsinh Gaekwad.
Kohli and Anushka, however, do not live in the rented apartment as they already own a house in Mumbai. As per reports, they rented the Juhu house to use it as an office space.
2. The One8 Commune Restaurant chain
Virat Kohli launched a chain of restaurants, One8 Commune in 2017. The cricketer’s culinary initiative has already been making inroads in the eatery landscape, with outlets being opened in some popular Indian cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Pune and Mumbai. Interestingly, the outlet in Mumbai used to be a bungalow owned by legendary Indian playback singer Kishore Kumar.
3. Holiday home in Alibaug
Designed by Sussanne Khan, Virat Kohli’s house in Alibaug, Maharashtra is a 4BHK villa that is reportedly priced around Rs.10.5 crore. The bungalow has an area of eight acres and is part of the Avas Living Project in the Awas Village. The interiors feature an outdoor pool with luxurious detailing.
4. A House in Gurugram
Virat Kohli also owns a 10,000 sq ft house in Gurugram. The house, located in the DLF Phase 1 area, is reportedly valued a staggering sum of Rs.80 crore, making it the most expensive residential property the cricketer has to his name. It is enriched with several luxurious amenities like gym and swimming pool. As reported by Magicbricks, Virat Kohli’s Gurugram property is where his family resides.
5. Sea-facing property in Mumbai
Virat Kohli owns a luxurious apartment in the Worli area of Mumbai. The apartment faces the Arabian sea and it reportedly costed the cricketer around Rs.34 crore.
It is a 7,171-square-foot apartment and is located on the 35th floor in Tower C of the developer Omkar Realtors and Developers’ residential project, Omkar '1973'. He bought the apartment in 2016, i.e., a year before his marriage with Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma.
