India star batter Virat Kohli was recently spotted walking around the streets of London with his wife, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma. Kohli has been on a long break since his team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), won the IPL 2025 in June. He is now spending some quality family time in United Kingdom.
Virat Kohli Enjoys Relaxed Walk In London With Wife
A viral video of the power couple casually enjoying their time in London has gone viral on social media. In the clip shared by Kohli’s fan page, Kohli and Anushka can be seen chatting and laughing with locals.
Kohli, dressed in shorts and carrying an umbrella and water bottle, looked relaxed as he shared a lighthearted conversation with a passerby.
Back in India, it’s almost impossible for Kohli to step out without being mobbed by fans. But in London, he seems to be enjoying the simple life he has always wanted, something he has often spoken about.
Kohli, who has retired from Test cricket and T20Is, is currently taking an extended break. Since India’s upcoming tour of Bangladesh has been pushed to 2026, he won’t return to international cricket until October, when India play against Australia in white-ball series.
The 36-year-old batter will only play ODIs going forward, alongside captain Rohit Sharma, who has also retired from Tests and T20Is.
It is important to mention that Kohli was last seen in action on the interantonal stage was during ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final against New Zealand.
Notably, his last competitive match overall was the IPL final, when RCB defeated Punjab Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
For now, though, the legend seems to be enjoying his downtime in London, away from the spotlight, with wife Anushka by his side.
