Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife, Devisha Shetty, have made a significant investment in Mumbai’s real estate market, purchasing two luxury apartments worth INR 21.11 crore. They have now expanded their property portfolio with these premium acquisitions.

Suryakumar Yadav, India’s T20I captain, is one of the finest white-ball cricketers in India. Despite making his debut late in his professional career, Yadav quickly rose through the ranks and established himself as a premier batter.

As a quality player, SKY earns a lot of money through contracts and brand endorsements and he is saving that money in investments.

According to the latest media reports, Suryakumar Yadav and his wife, Devisha have bought two luxurious properties in Mumbai. The two apartments, located in Chembur, are situated on consecutive floors and have a combined carpet area of 4,222.7 sq. ft. 

The luxury residences also come with six designated car parking spaces. The registration for both properties was completed on March 21, with Yadav and his wife paying a stamp duty of INR 1.26 crore and a registration fee of INR 30,000.

The newly purchased apartments are under construction and will offer premium living spaces with a “bungalow-like vibe,” complete with sprawling backyards and spacious interiors.

As per details on the property website, the starting price for a 3BHK apartment in Godrej Sky Terraces is INR 6.66 crore, while 4BHK apartments come with a minimum price tag of INR 9 crore. Possession of the units is expected by June 2029.
