Indian captain Rohit Sharma stunned fans by handing over his blue Lamborghini to a Dream11 contest winner. In a recent video trending on social media, the legendary Indian opening batter can be seen handing over the keys to a lucky fan.

It is worth noting that Sharma is currently in Mumbai along with the rest of his Mumbai Indians colleagues as they prep themselves for their all-important home match against the Delhi Capitals franchise.

Rohit Sharma gives away his blue Lamborghini

In a recent social media video, Rohit Sharma can be seen gifting his blue Lamborghini to a lucky fan for winning a Dream11 contest. The cricketer even posed with the fan and his relatives for a series of pictures.

Notably, the special “key” which Rohit Sharma handed to the fan was inscribed with the term “RS 264”, referring to cricketer’s own career-best ODI score of 264 runs which he bludgeoned against Sri Lanka back in 2014 at the Eden Gardens.


It what has been an eventful month for Rohit Sharma so far, the cricketer confirmed his retirement from Test cricket for Team India, bringing an end to his 67-match career. A few days ago, he was also honored by the MCA by naming a stand after him at the Wankhede Stadium.

As of now, he is plying his trade for the Mumbai Indians franchise in the IPL 2025 season. While the tournament was put to a 10-day halt by the BCCI, Mumbai Indians will resume their campaign with a match against Delhi Capitals on Wednesday, May 21 in Mumbai.

Rohit Sharma has so far aggregated 300 runs in 11 innings of the season at an average of 30. The legendary opening batter has also compiled his runs at a staggering strike rate of 152.28.
