Bangladesh are currently playing a T20I series against UAE in Sharjah and were first slated to play only two games. The first one on May 17 and the second one on May 19. However, the Emirates board has now announced that the two nations will play an additional T20I on May 21.

It will give a young Bangladesh team under Litton Das an additional game to prepare ahead of the Pakistan series. The Bangladesh's tour to Pakistan will compromise of five T20Is, and the Litton Das-led team will straightway travel from UAE to that tour.

Bangladesh Eye Dominance In UAE After 1st T20I

Bangladesh started off the series with a comprehensive win. Their batting group posted 191 on the board with Parvez Hossain Emon smashing century off 54 balls. Their bowlers then put on collective effort to clean up UAE for 164, thus taking a lead in the series.

Bangladesh will be without Mustafizur Rahman in the last two games as he is playing for DC in IPL currently. However, they have plenty of talent in their ranks who would be looking to impress in the remainder of the series.

Also, Bangladesh made some interesting selection decisions in the first T20I. They went with young players in place of Shanto and Soumya Sarkar. There are likely to be changes in the upcoming games while UAE would be hoping to make a strong comeback in the series.

UAE are being led by Muhammad Waseem, and have plenty of talented batters who can make an impact on their day. In the first game, Waseem scored a fifty while Chopra and Asif Khan also played brisk knocks. Jawadullah bagged four-fer, and UAE need to be more disciplined as a unit to trouble Bangladesh in the rest of the series.
