India star pacer Jasprit Bumrah and his wife, popular sports anchor Sanjana Ganesan, are once again winning hearts, this time for their fun banter on Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra’s new talk show ‘Who’s The Boss’. In a sneak peek of the show’s upcoming episode, fans got a glimpse of Sanjana pulling Bumrah’s leg in the most hilarious way.

In the promo, Sanjana shared a light-hearted memory from before their marriage. She said Bumrah once suggested they elope.

Her savage reply? “Tum run-up mein nahi bhaagte, tum mere sath kya bhagoge?” (Translation: "You don’t even run during your run-up, how will you run away with me?”)

The funny moment had the audience and even Bumrah in splits. This playful chemistry between the two is nothing new, as fans have often seen them sharing sweet and witty moments during cricket interviews.

Jasprit Bumrah And Sanjana Ganesan Love Story

For those unaware, Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan first met during the 2013-14 IPL season when Sanjana was interviewing Bumrah as part of her sports presenter duties. From friendly conversations to real-life romance, their bond grew stronger with time. After dating for a few years, the couple tied the knot in Goa on March 15, 2021. They welcomed their baby boy, Angad, in September 2023.

While Bumrah and Sanjana were seen enjoying the show, things are serious on the cricket field. Bumrah is currently in England for a five-match Test series. However, the Indian pacer has made it clear he will only play three out of the five matches, needing to manage his workload and rest his body.

In the first Test match at Headingley, Bumrah was India's standout bowler in the first innings, picking up five wickets. But in the second innings, he went wicketless, giving away 57 runs in 19 overs. India set a target of 371 runs for England but couldn’t defend it, losing the match by five wickets.

England now lead the series 1-0 and have also kicked off their new World Test Championship campaign with a win.
