Recently, while speaking in a podcast, the New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham spilled a hilarious story about the former Indian captain. He revealed how Kohli, completely unintentionally, ended up stealing his omelette.
Kohli Steals Neesham’s Omelette

Over a long time, batters across the world brought out another side of Kohli, and Kiwi all-rounder Jimmy Neesham is the latest to join that list. On The Cricketers Network podcast, Neesham hilariously recounted how Kohli accidentally made off with his omelette.
While talking about this, Neesham said, “He stole my Omelette once.” The host was in disbelief as he asked, “I’m sorry, he stole your omelette?” Replying to it with ‘Yeah’, Neesham continued the hilarious story.
“Unintentionally, I believe. But no, I was just I was in the breakfast room in India during an ODI series, and they got a little omelette station there. I went up to the fella and said, ‘I will get onions and tomatoes and whatever. He goes ‘certainly’, making the omelette up. And I went and sat down, and Virat came in and just goes, ‘Oh, I’ll have that one’. And the guy goes ‘sure’. I was looking straight at it from my table and I was like ‘That's my omelette'”, he said.
After the host asked if it was unintentional, Neesham said, “I don’t think he knew this was already spoken for.” After the video came out, fans couldn’t stop laughing at the hilarious incident.
Shifting the focus, Virat Kohli is back at the grind as he is set to step into the field after a long time in the upcoming ODI series against Australia. With the first match slated for October 19, fans worldwide are eagerly waiting to witness Kohli’s magic on Australian soil.
