Ashish bludgeoned five huge sixes in his 17-ball knock of 35 before late wickets from Kahish Pundir (1-33), Ansh (1-17), Keshav Chaudhary (1-31) and Anujj Chaudhary (2-8) restricted the Lions to just 131-9 from 10 overs.

Haryanvi Hunters captain and social media giant Elvish Yadav led his team from the front with the bat by smacking 30 runs from eight balls with five huge sixes. His explosive opening partnership with Keshav Chaudhary was curtailed by Deepak Kumar Meena at 33-1 in the third over of the run-chase.

Yadav’s partner Keshav was sent back to the dugout the following over by Ashish Kumar Meena as the Hunters slipped to 52-2 in 3.2 overs.

Anujj Chaudhary at number four made short work of Lucknow Lions’ 131-run total by whacking 63 unbeaten runs from just 18 balls. He smeared a couple of boundaries and nine sixes in the process to blaze Haryanvi Hunters past the finishing line with eight wickets and nearly three overs to spare on the big night.

Lalit Yadav also fueled the successful run-chase for the Hunters through his unbeaten nine-ball 30*. He ended up sharing a whirlwind 83-run stand with co-Player of the Match Anujj Chaudhary, who shared the honor with Rohit Lamba for taking three top-order wickets.
