CSK's Ajinkya Rahane Buys Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 Worth ₹3.25 Crore

India and Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) star batter Ajinkya Rahane, who has been widely acclaimed for his shrewd mind on and off the field, is all set to return for the yellow Army in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.

However, with just over a month to go for the cash-rich league, the senior player has invested his money to buy a luxurious Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 worth ₹3.25 Crores.

The news was shared by the celebrity account Viral Bhayani, who shared a photo of Ajinkya with his wife and car as they posed together.

Interestingly, Rahane owns a fleet of other luxury vehicles in the form of the BMW 6 Series, which he bought in June 2022, costing ₹69 Lakhs, while the middle-order batter already had the Mercedes GLS 350 D 4MATIC, Audi Q5, and Maruti WagonR.

Rahane, who dropped from India's Test side after the West Indies tour, unsuccessfully tried his luck in this edition of the Ranji Trophy, as he could only manage 112 runs in five games while averaging well below par of 16.

However, even after his not-upto-mark show, his side, Mumbai, was able to progress through to the next stage of the competition, where they will face Baroda on February 23rd in Mumbai.
