Talented Indian batter Mayank Agarwal was in the news recently for a mid-air mishap that caused him great trouble as he was rushed to the hospital.

It all happened in January when Agarwal while flying from Tripura to Delhi with his Karnataka Ranji teammates, experienced pain in his stomach, a burning sensation and ulcers in his mouth after consuming a liquid from a pouch in front of him. However, the flight was taken back to the original destination as he was transferred to the hospital with immediate effect, receiving proper treatment.

Now, posting on his Instagram story and X account, Agarwal took the situation in a light-hearted manner as he decided to post a photo of himself with a water bottle in hand while adding a caption from the popular Bollywood movie, Hera Pheri, translating to he is not ready to take the risk this time.

Agarwal previously had to file a police complaint against the airline about how such a dangerous substance, which he mistook as water, ended up with him.

The result was that he was ruled out of Karnataka's upcoming Ranji Trophy game against Railways, which was played in Surat. Nevertheless, the right-hander recovered well after being in a hospital in Agartala, making a swift recovery within 24 hours of being admitted.
