India might have won the mental battle over England in the 4th Test at Manchester, however, it turned into a shameful moment for Bollywood's Big B. Amitabh Bachchan, a renowned Bollywood actor, found himself in an embarrassing situation after he made a tweet that, according to netizens, didn’t make any sense.

Amitabh Bachchan is known to follow cricket, as he occasionally posts about cricket-related events and is an avid follower of the IPL as well. However, fans questioned his knowledge of the Test format after a brain-fade tweet that he posted from his official X handle.

Why Did Fans React To Bacchan's 'Non-Sense' Tweet?

After Ben Stokes offered a draw to India and the Men in Blue declined, Richard Kettleborough posted an image of Stokes approaching for the draw and quoted a tweet, “Ben Stokes offers a draw. India denies and continues to bat. What’s your take on this?”

Replying to Richard’s tweet, Amitabh posted on his account, “Take!?? Arre gorey ko tika (tika – sorry tayka diya) diya re!!” Fans and Twitter users were vehemently confused about the statement Amitabh made while replying to Richard’s post and bashed the actor for his words, which made little to no sense.

Let’s take a look at what fans said in response to Bachchan’s comment:

"Buddhe pagal ho gaya hai kya?" - @SH1V4MMh

India's Fightback Shames England

In the match England responded strongly to India’s 358 with a massive 669, powered by centuries from Ben Stokes and Joe Root. India stumbled early in their second innings but were steadied by a 188-run stand between KL Rahul and Shubman Gill.

After their dismissals, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar held firm, adding an unbeaten 203-run partnership to draw the match and keep the series alive at 2-1 ahead of the final Test at The Oval. The resilience added to heated moments on field, but it is the essence of the game. Now, the final Test awaits the winning team as the Men in Blue will try to give a tough fight to draw the series.
