Rahul Dravid's talented son, Samit Dravid, recently earned his maiden India call-up for the Under-19 multi-format series against Australia at home in September, October.

The youngster had an excellent performance in the Cooch Behar Trophy, earlier this year, and deservingly got his maiden India call-up, however, Samit won't be eligible to play in the Under-19 World Cup, scheduled to take place in 2026.

The elder son of former India coach, Rahul Dravid, Samit was born on November 10, 2005, and is only two months away from celebrating his 19th birthday. Two years from now, when the Under-19 World Cup will take place, Samit will be 21-years-old, and hence, will miss out on the selection.
