Virat Kohli was the 'Player of the Match' in the final of the T20 World Cup 2024, and since then he has been enjoying his time in London with his young family. He is now set to play three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka and has arrived for the same in the island country along with other ODI specialists.

Now, a video is going viral on social media where Virat Kohli is seen standing at the Colombo airport with fans surrounding him. He then goes onto shake hands with one of them along with exchanging some pleasantries.

Return Of Rohit Sharma As Captain

The ODI series is set to start on 2nd of August with all matches at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. Along with Kohli, Rohit Sharma is also back for the ODI series and will lead the men in blue first time under the new head coach Gautam Gambhir.

Currently, India are playing the T20I series against Sri Lanka and have taken an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the series, with one final game to be played on Tuesday, 30th of July in Pallekele.
