Shubman Gill’s rumored girlfriend Sara Tendulkar attended the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai to witness India’s high-profile World Cup 2023 showdown against Sri Lanka. Sara was spotted cheering for Team India in the stands, after Rohit Sharma and his troops were invited to bat first by Sri Lanka skipper Kusal Mendis.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill took first guard at the crease after they were put into bat first by Sri Lanka. While Sharma was dismissed in just the second ball of the match, his younger teammate led India’s recovery with batting veteran Virat Kohli through a colossal 189-run second-wicket stand.

Gill scored a counterattacking 92 at run-a-ball before he was dismissed by Dilshan Madushanka in the 30th over of the Indian innings.

Sara Tendulkar, the daughter of all-time great Sachin Tendulkar, has been linked with Shubman Gill through numerous dating rumors for over a year.

On the cricketing front, Gill’s 92-run knock against Sri Lanka marked his second fifty-plus score of the ongoing 2023 World Cup after his match-winning 53 against Bangladesh a couple of weeks ago in Pune. Notably, Sara had also attended the MCA Stadium in Pune to extend her support for the Indian team.

By the time of publishing, Team India had crossed the 200-run mark in the 33rd over of their innings, with newcomers Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul batting at the crease.
