India registered a memorable win on 29th of June in Barbados to lift their second T20 World Cup under the charismatic leadership of Rohit Sharma. Since then, there has been a wave of joy, across the country with everyone in the winning team receiving hero's welcome.

The victory was also followed by a historic victory parade in Mumbai, and though India have played a T20I series against Zimbabwe since then, and are now all set to start their tour of Sri Lanka, the euphoria of T20 World Cup is refusing to die down. 

Now, a video has emerged on social media where Rohit Sharma is seen in Borivali West and is welcomed by people with garlands and wishes. He is seen surrounded by people, with everyone looking to get a glimpse of their World Cup winning captain with selfies and autographs demand all around him.

Rohit is all ready to travel to Sri Lanka now for the three-match ODI series and will lead the Men in Blue again with an eye on Champions Trophy 2025. It is also a first assigment for Gautam Gambhir as a head coach, and it would be interesting to see how Rohit-Gambhir duo goes about its business.
