One of the architects of India's win over Pakistan on Sunday, Rishabh Pant was seen making some fans happy as India gears up for the clash against the hosts, the USA on June 12 at the Nassau County Stadium to seal their spot in the Super Eights.

In a viral video, Pant who top-scored for India against Pakistan with 42(31) was seen happily signing the autographs on Indian jersey for his fans in the hotel as they wished him luck to take on the United States.

The wicketkeeper returned to play for India in this World Cup for the first time since December 2022 when he survived his life-threatening accident and missed the important home Australia Tests, IPL and the mega World Cup eve go India.

Since his comeback, the southpaw hast top scored in this World Cup for India with 36*(26) against Ireland and 42 (31) to defeat the arch-rivals Pakistan and going top of the table in the group.

India will be facing the USA and Canada on the 12th and 15th June in New York and Florida respectively in the group stage before potentially heading into the next round.
