Explosive Mumbai Indians batters Tim David and Ishan Kishan were involved in a friendly wrestling match before their final group-stage IPL 2024 match against Lucknow Super Giants. 

In a video doing rounds on social media, Ishan and David can be seen enjoying their training session with a friendly wrestling game. The battleground was the iconic Wankhede stadium, which turned into a WWE ring for some time. 

The wrestling seems to be initiated by Ishan, who playfully tries to knock David down with his head. However, the Australian counters it in style as he locks Ishan's head with his giant arms. 

The battle goes on for a few more minutes, with both players eventually pushing each other down on the ground. 

It created a fun atmosphere in the MI camp, with the likes of Kieron Pollard and Jasprit Bumrah enjoying the wrestling moves from both of them. 

Regarding Mumbai Indians, the five-time champions had a horrible IPL 2024 season under the leadership of Hardik Pandya. 

Although they made a comeback after starting their campaign with three consecutive losses, their poor form across departments eventually led to their group-stage elimination from the tournament. 

Moving on to the final fixture, MI would like to play for their pride and finish their campaign on a high note with a victory.
