Former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir and his wife Natasha were spotted at Tirumala's Srivari temple in Andhra Pradesh, where they were seen offering prayers. 

In a post-prayer interview, Gautam Gambhir revealed that it was his first time visiting this temple in Andhra Pradesh and also expressed desire for future visits. 

He also revealed his heartfelt prayers for Team India's victory in the World Cup and encouraged fellow Indian fans to unite in their support. 

Here’s what Gautam Gambhir said:

“All of us wish India the very best. I am sure with 140 crore Indians praying for the team, they will definitely do a very good job.”

The 41-year-old is currently the global mentor of the Sanjiv Goenka-led teams, including Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League (IPL). India will kick off its ODI World Cup campaign against Australia on October 8 at Chennai. 

The 15-member squad will be led by Rohit Sharma with Hardik Pandya acting as his deputy. The much-anticipated clash between India and Pakistan will be played on October 14 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.
