In an ECS Bulgaria T10 match on August 3, 2024, Afyonkarahisar SHS fielder Kursad Dalyan executed an unconventional catch against VTU-MU Pleven at the National Sports Academy Vasil Levski in Sofia. 

Fielding at mid-on, Dalyan used his foot to bounce the ball up in the air and completed a unique catch to dismiss Anandhu Krishna. 

This remarkable effort occurred during the fourth over of VTU-MU Pleven's chase after Afyonkarahisar SHS set a target of 104-5. VTU-MU Pleven ultimately fell short, scoring 40-8.

Kursad Dalyan showcased extraordinary athleticism and ingenuity in a match-defining moment during the ECS Bulgaria T10. 

He faced a mistimed shot from VTU-MU Pleven's Anandhu Krishna.  As the ball appeared destined for the turf, he executed a swift and calculated movement, using his foot to propel the ball back into the air. 

This unorthodox yet effective catch not only dismissed Krishna for a solitary run but also sent shockwaves through the cricketing world. 

Earlier in the match, Afyonkarahisar SHS elected to bat first after winning the toss. Opener Romeo Nath produced a scintillating innings of 51 runs from 27 deliveries, which featured four boundaries and six maximums, to lay a solid foundation. 

Abdullah Lodhi provided valuable support with a quick-fire 21. Zafer Durmaz and Faruki contributed with two wickets each to restrict VTU-MU Pleven.

In response, VTU-MU Pleven struggled to build partnerships. Despite Alan Jose's two-wicket haul, the team's batting performance was underwhelming.
