The game of passion, grit and determination, the India-Pakistan rivalry is all about these three things, but after the match, the sportsman spirit is what that keeps the players united. During the ongoing World Cup 2023 clash between these two sides, India demolished Pakistan in Ahmedabad, but what followed after was a moment of respect.

Post-match, Indian superstar Virat Kohli was seen talking to Pakistani skipper Babar Azam where they were first sighted talking as usual, but after a few moments, Kohli is seen giving his signed India jersey to Azam, marking an occasion of camaraderie between the two.

It was supposedly Babar who had requested it, and Virat, without much of a thought, signed it for the opposition captain. This gesture, like other of his wonderful deeds, have earned him plaudits from fans across the globe.

Coming back to the game, Pakistan were cruising at one stage with 155 for two wickets down, however, back-to-back wickets in the middle triggered the collapse, and ultimately, they were bowled out for 191 on a slow pitch.

In reply, India chased the target down inside 31 overs as skipper Rohit Sharma with a marvellous 86, and Shreyas Iyer's meaningful half-century sealed it for the Men in Blue with seven wickets remaining.
