New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has named a strong 15-player squad for the New Zealand men’s team for the upcoming T20I tri-series in Zimbabwe. The board recalled Adam Milne back into the line-up, while Matt Henry has recovered from his injury.

It is worth noting that Henry sustained a shoulder injury earlier this year which kept him out of international cricket following the conclusion of the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy in Pakistan and in the UAE.

Mitchell Santner To Lead Strong NZ Squad

Mitchell Santner is set to continue as New Zealand captain in the upcoming T20I tri-series in Zimbabwe against the hosts and fellow visitors South Africa. Adam Milne will be making his return to international cricket through the series, while Auckland Aces star Bevon Jacobs is in line to make his international debut for the ‘Black Caps’.

Finn Allen, fresh from his record knock in MLC 2025, is also included in the New Zealand line-up alongside fellow T20 stars like Daryl Mitchell, Rachin Ravindra, Michael Bracewell, Glenn Phillips and others. Here is a look at the entire New Zealand squad for the tri-series, as announced by the NZC on their official website.

The New Zealand cricket team is set to face Zimbabwe and South Africa in a seven-match T20I tri-series in July. While the series will launch with a match between Zimbabwe and South Africa on July 14, New Zealand will kick off its campaign with a match against South Africa a couple of days later on July 16.

All matches, including the final on July 26, will be hosted by the iconic Harare Sports Club in Zimbabwe.
