Trouble is far from over for the RCB fans as the focus has now shifted to Pune, Maharashtra, where the authorities have booked over 40 people for bursting crackers, creating a ruckus on the road and disrupting the commute while celebrating Bengaluru's first ever-IPL title. The incident took place at Namdar Gopal Krishna Gokhale Chowk after the final on June 3.
"Around 40 persons have been charged under provisions of Maharashtra Police Act for disrupting public transport, creating public nuisance and disturbing peace with firecrackers. The celebrations caused inconvenience to motorists. We are reviewing CCTV footage of the area to identify more persons," the official added.

But the Hyderabad City Police responded swiftly & firmly, and averted a potential stampede situation and safeguarded many lives. The Telangana State Police and Hyderabad City Police remain committed to ensuring public safety at all times," tweeted Hyderabad City Police.
